How to report a problem
Neural Core does not send anything to us automatically, so please email support@valoriansystems.com with:
- The app version (Settings › About) and your operating system version.
- Your computer model and amount of memory (RAM).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Please do not attach private files or personal data. We never need your files to help you.
Problem with an AI response
If Neural Core produced a response that was harmful, offensive or badly wrong, email support@valoriansystems.com with the subject “Response report” and paste the prompt and response (remove anything private). We review every report and use them to improve Neural Core’s safeguards.
Frequently asked questions
Does Neural Core send my data anywhere?
No. Neural Core runs entirely on your device, does not connect to the network, and contains no analytics. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an internet connection or an account?
You need the internet only to download the app from the store. Neural Core itself works offline and has no accounts.
Why is the download so large?
The AI model (about 17 GB) is included in the app so everything can run locally. Make sure you have enough free disk space before installing.
What are the system requirements?
macOS: macOS 14 Sonoma or later on a Mac with Apple silicon, about 17 GB of free disk space, and [PLACEHOLDER: confirm recommended memory, e.g. 24 GB or more] of memory. Windows and Linux requirements will be published with those releases.
Can Neural Core delete my files?
No. Neural Core has no permanent-delete function. The File Organizer only creates folders, moves, renames, or moves items to the Trash or Recycle Bin, and only after you approve each change. You can undo the last batch.
Which folders can Neural Core see?
Only folders you choose in the system folder picker. You can revoke access at any time in Neural Core’s Permissions settings.
How do I undo changes?
Open the Organize view and choose Undo. Neural Core reverses the last approved batch in reverse order and will not overwrite any file that has since changed.
Is the AI always right?
No. AI models can be wrong or produce unexpected output. Review results before you rely on them, especially before approving file changes.
Can my organization deploy Neural Core with Intune?
Managed deployment packages and guides are planned for the Windows release. Contact us to join a pilot.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases made through the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store are refunded through that store under its policies.
Legal, copyright and takedown requests
Send copyright notices, takedown requests, trademark concerns and other legal notices to legal@valoriansystems.com. Please include:
- Your name and contact information, and whom you represent.
- A description of the work or right you believe is affected, and where the material appears (URL or app and version).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
